The Galli family’s business dates from 1958; Erio Galli now runs the Bistrot and Cantina Bivio on the ground floor. Expect deer prosciutto with porcini salad, grilled salmon and chocolate fondue, and polenta offered on the big front terrace. Open 12 noon – 9.30 pm.
