Araxi, in the heart of Whistler Village, was an early pioneer of farm-to-table cooking. Culinary Director James Walt builds seasonal menus around local produce, and the restaurant is celebrating 45 years in Whistler; dinner starts at 5 pm on weekdays and 4:30 pm at weekends.
