About Ütia Bioch
For more than thirty years the Valentini family, now Markus and his father Goffredo, have run Ütia Bioch: traditional Ladin dishes, a few gourmet creations, homemade desserts and grills from the Josper oven, with a cellar of more than 1,700 labels and views to the Sella and Marmolada. It takes part in Sciare con Gusto.
