About Laiterie de Lourtier
The Lourtier dairy, further up the Val de Bagnes, makes and sells Bagnes 30 PDO mountain cheese, the raclette cheese of the valley, plus tomme, sérac, milk and fondue, from the milk of the Chermontane and Sery-Laly pastures. It opens from early June to the end of March.
