About La Padella
Martine, from Verdun, learned the apple-fritter recipe from an Aosta Valley grandmother and lightened it by happy accident. With her husband Giuseppe she runs La Padella, a deli serving freshly made dishes daily alongside the fritters, now also with chocolate and jam.
