Gstaad, at 1,050 metres, combines tradition, comfort and style: a pedestrianised centre of restaurants, shops, hotels and bars, with the Eggli gondola and the Wispile on its doorstep. Property in Switzerland is subject to the Lex Koller rules on purchases by people abroad; a proposal to tighten them was put out for consultation in 2026 and has not been adopted. We never publish property prices.
