About Laax Murschetg
Laax Murschetg is the busy base of the ski area: the rocksresort’s 13 buildings, the signinahotel, Riders Hotel and Laaxerhof, the LAAX School and the lifts to Crap Sogn Gion. Property in Switzerland is subject to the Lex Koller rules on purchases by people abroad; a proposal to tighten them was put out for consultation in 2026 and has not been adopted. We never publish property prices.
