About Fireside Dining
Fireside Dining serves dishes from the European Alps as a four-course menu, its raclette melted at stone fireplaces in Empire Canyon Lodge. Horse-drawn sleigh rides can be booked Wednesday to Sunday for $50 for up to six guests, and evening valet parking is included, as there is no public parking.
