About Faralá
Faralá, named after the ruffles of a flamenco dress, is on the first floor of a house on the Cuesta de Gomérez, the slope up to the Alhambra; the informal El Quejío wine bar at street level hosts live song and dance. Chef Cristina Jiménez updates Granada’s traditional recipes in three tasting menus. It won a star in the MICHELIN Guide Spain 2026.
