About Ruka village
Ruka village is car-free, with family-friendly apartments, quality hotels and Shopping Centre Kumpare, home to shops, restaurants, indoor sports and the Ruka Info tourist office. It was among the world’s first ski resorts with a 5G network. The Break Sokos Hotel Ruka is under construction here, planned to open for winter 2027–28.
