About Yad Moss
Yad Moss, founded by the Carlisle Ski Club in 1975, sits above the B6277, 11 km south of Alston and 24 km north-west of Middleton-in-Teesdale. Its Poma serves runs from near the summit of Burnhope Seat. For 2026/27, season membership costs £40 for renewing adults, £55 for new adults and £10 for juniors; day membership (£25 adults, £10 accompanied juniors) must be bought online before you arrive. The tow, ticket office, club room and toilets are a steep ten-minute walk above the roadside parking.
