Fageråsen Handel is the convenience store up the mountain, summer and winter, with fresh baking every day, fruit, dairy and dinner basics, firewood and a pharmacy outlet. Its local food shelves carry cheeses from Bryn, beer from Trysil Brewery, whitefish from Stengrundet Fisk, reindeer fillet from Stensaas Viltslakteri and whitefish roe from Femund, as well as grouse, moose and mountain trout.
