About Val d'Isère beginner areas
Val d’Isère holds the Famille Plus label. Children start in the Jardin des Neiges on the snow front, and the Savonnette green run lets them learn under their parents’ eye, with several lifts there at no charge. Higher up, the Solaise and Bellevarde sectors have Easy skiing zones, ValKids play areas and the Village Perdu, an outdoor play area in the Etroit forest at about 2,000 m.
