Bazaar, in the CERVO Mountain Resort at the end of a ski slope, holds a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide. Its mostly vegetarian menu travels from baba ganoush to dal makhani and dim sum, with a conservatory looking over Zermatt to the Matterhorn, and almost all the décor is for sale.
