At the top of the Cloud Nine chairlift on Aspen Highlands, this European-style cabin serves fondue, raclette, steak tartare and caviar at lunch, then hands over to DJs and champagne. Après seating is 21 and over with ID; snowcat dinners are back, and brunch runs Monday to Wednesday from $40 per person (2026/27).
