About Hotel Principe delle Nevi
Principe delle Nevi stands on Alpe Giomein, one of the sunniest spots in Cervinia, ski-in and ski-out. It has a heated indoor-outdoor pool, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath and a Technogym gym, rooms from 18 m² to a 200 m² master suite, a bistro, a four-course dinner and a wine museum reached by a tunnel in the rock.

The hotel stands at Via Giomein 46, on the sunny slopes of Alpe Giomein above the village, with skiing to and from the door. It closes from 6 September to 19 November and reopens each year on 20 November.
The spa
The heated pool runs from indoors to outdoors, with the mountains in view. There is a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a hydromassage tub with a view, a rain garden of steam showers and a reading corner with tea by the fire, plus a Technogym gym. Treatments include hot-stone, couples, sports and après-ski massages. Children may use the spa from age 12 with an adult.

Rooms and suites
There are ten categories: Standard (18 m²) and Superior (28 m²) rooms, Chalet Classic (30–36 m²) and Chalet Deluxe (40–50 m²), a 43 m² Junior Suite and Family Suites of 60–70 m². The Spa Suites measure 50–65 m², the Loft Master Suite 100 m² and the Cervinio Master Suite 200 m², for up to seven.
Eating and drinking
Breakfast is a buffet, the bistro serves gourmet dishes of local produce from morning to evening, and dinner, included on three-quarter board, is a four-course menu of Italian, Aosta Valley and international flavours. The bar and fireside lounge have a terrace for stargazing, and a tunnel cut into the rock leads to a small wine museum where the sommelier leads tastings.
For skiers
There is a heated ski room, private lessons, a lift-pass service at the hotel and a shuttle.
Our advice: book a Spa Suite or the Loft Master Suite, ski home to the outdoor pool in the late sun, and ask the sommelier for a tasting in the rock cellar.
