Andorra Park Hotel
Andorra’s first five-star · In depth
About Andorra Park Hotel
Andorra Park Hotel, built in 1957 and in its own words Andorra’s first five-star, stands in more than 15,000 m² of gardens in the centre of Andorra la Vella, a few minutes from the ski resorts. Its club has a heated indoor pool, a summer outdoor pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a jacuzzi and padel courts, and it has La Pérgola restaurant in the garden and its own pâtisserie.
A garden in the capital
The Park Hotel opened in 1957 and remains, in its own words, the first and iconic five-star of Andorra. It stands on Carrer Les Canals in the centre of Andorra la Vella, in gardens of more than 15,000 m² with views to the Pyrenees, mixing authentic alpine architecture with contemporary additions. The hotel offers transfers to the slopes, and it even has its own ballet school.
El Club
The wellness club has a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool for summer, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a jacuzzi, a full gym and fitness room, and padel courts. Pilates and yoga classes run on weekdays, and the spa’s specialists suggest facial and body treatments and rituals after assessing what you need.
The first and iconic five-star in Andorra, in the hotel’s words.
Rooms and suites
Most of the hotel is suites, looking over the gardens or the Pyrenees. The Park Suite has a 12 m² terrace; the Garden Suite has armchairs by the window; the Traditional Suite sits in the eaves in chalet style. The Premier Suite, in the historic chalet, measures 50 m² with a 24 m² terrace, and the Grand Suite 100 m² with a 24 m² terrace. The 50 m² Tower Room has panoramic views over Andorra la Vella, and there are family and duplex rooms for four.
Eating and drinking
La Pérgola, set in the garden, cooks with seasonal and local produce, and La Pâtisserie makes its chocolates and desserts entirely by hand.
Our advice: book the Premier Suite or the Tower Room, take the transfer to Pal Arinsal or Grandvalira for the day, then swim in the indoor pool and dine at La Pérgola.
