About Ceylan Splend’or Uludağ, Autograph Collection
Ceylan Splend’or Uludağ stands in the 2nd Development Zone of Türkiye’s best-known ski mountain and belongs to Marriott’s Autograph Collection. Its spa covers 1,550 m², with indoor and outdoor pools, a Turkish hammam and couples’ hammams, saunas, steam and a salt room, and the rooms climb from 35 m² doubles to the 150 m² Grand Ardıç chalet.
In the 2nd Zone
Ceylan Splend’or sits in Uludağ’s 2nd Development Zone, the upper hotel area of the mountain above Bursa, under the Autograph Collection banner of Marriott. It is a hotel for every season: in winter the slopes are the draw, and the rest of the year the hotel points you to hiking and trekking routes, e-bike tours, UTV safaris, sky and moon watching and foraging walks on the mountain.
The spa
The spa is the hotel’s calling card, at 1,550 m². There are indoor and outdoor pools, a Turkish hammam and couples’ hammams, saunas including infrared saunas, steam rooms and a salt room, with private spa suites for treatments. The menu is built around massage rituals, alongside beauty treatments, and a fitness area with Technogym equipment offers personal training sessions. Treatments are booked in advance online.
Uludağ’s hidden beauties are waiting for you to discover them, in the hotel’s words.
Rooms, suites and chalets
Rooms are generous. Superior Twin rooms measure 35 m², Deluxe rooms 40 m² and Superior King rooms 42 m², while the 50 m² Attic Family room has a separate bedroom and living area. The Corner Suite, at 60 m², looks out on two sides and has a jacuzzi bath; the 75 m² Splendid Suite adds a double sink and sound system; and the 80 m² Spa Suite has its own spa corner with jacuzzi and sauna. At the top, the 120 m² Grand Suite comes with a 24-hour butler.
For more privacy there are two chalets. Chalet Ardıç has 90 m² inside, two bedrooms, a fireplace in the living room, a private terrace and barbecue area; Chalet Grand Ardıç has 150 m², three bedrooms, a fireplace, a private jacuzzi, a large terrace and butler service.
Eating and drinking
Dağbaşı Grill cooks modern mountain food: winter kokoreç, river salmon, fondue and raclette, with an international selection and a wine list designed by Mehmet Yalçın. L’Oven Café & Bistro is the place for specialty coffee, bread from its artisan bakery, the Dutch Baby pancake and boards of Turkish cheeses with wine, and it claims the mountain’s best sunset view. Sushi Corner is a pop-up with a leading Turkish sushi brand, and the Whiskey & Cigar Lounge closes the evening. In winter, Basecamp Après-Ski starts before sunset with stone-oven pizza and open-fire street food, then carries on with DJ sets and live music.
Our advice: book a Corner or Splendid Suite for the views, or the Ardıç chalet for a family or group, plan the spa for the hour after skiing, and keep one evening for Dağbaşı Grill and its fondue.
