DV Chalet is an adults-only boutique hotel on Via Castelletto Inferiore, with 30 rooms and suites over floors themed on legendary mountaineers. Its Panta Rei spa has an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath and a salt grotto, and Fiorenzo Perremuto cooks the tasting menu at the MICHELIN-starred Dolomieu.

Adults only, in the Brenta Dolomites

DV Chalet stands at Via Castelletto Inferiore 10 in Madonna di Campiglio. It is an adults-only hotel, for guests aged 16 and over, and it pairs contemporary design with Alpine warmth. Every room has a balcony.

The Panta Rei spa

The spa has an indoor pool with coloured light and a counter-current, a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna at 80–90 °C and a Turkish bath at 40–50 °C. There is a Himalayan salt grotto with water-heated loungers, an ice cascade, a sensory shower and poolside loungers, and treatments, massages and aromatherapy. The wet area is for adults only. In the evening, from 20.30 to 22.30, you can book the spa for yourselves alone.

Rooms and suites

There are 30 rooms and suites on three floors, named Velvet, Wool and Mitos, and some rooms are named after mountaineers such as Preuss, Graffer, Detassis, Maestri and Buhl. Comfort rooms measure about 17–24 m², Design and Deluxe rooms about 18–25 m², and the junior suites up to about 33 m². Room 303 has a four-poster bed and a Starck bathtub, room 305 a whirlpool bath and room 103 its own sauna.

Eating and drinking

Dolomieu is the gourmet restaurant, holding a MICHELIN star. Executive chef Fiorenzo Perremuto cooks a tasting menu called “Up to the Summit… from the Lake to the Mountain”, tracing Trentino from Lake Garda through the Brenta Dolomites to Madonna di Campiglio, with dinner from 20.00. The DV Bistrot serves lunch and dinner, and the Ice Cube Bar is for the evening. Rooms are booked on bed and breakfast.

Our advice: ask for room 303 or 305, book the spa for a private evening session, and reserve Dolomieu when you book the room.
