About Limelight Mammoth
Limelight Mammoth, opened in December 2025 by Aspen Hospitality, is a 149-room hotel in The Village at Mammoth, steps from the Village Gondola. It offers a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a light-filled fitness centre, Therabody recovery products, breakfast included and The Lounge for après and live music.
In The Village
Limelight rises moments from the Village Gondola in the heart of The Village at Mammoth, with its dining, shops and après all around. An Audi shuttle, included for guests, runs around town and to Mammoth Mountain, subject to availability, and Ski Butlers has a rental shop inside the hotel, delivering tuned skis and boots and swapping gear on the slopes.
Pool, hot tub and recovery
The heated outdoor pool, hot tub and fire pits look out to the Sierra Nevada and are open all year. Instead of a spa, guests reserve the hotel’s Therabody collection, from the Theragun Pro to RecoveryAir JetBoots, included with their stay. The fitness centre, full of natural light, has Peloton bikes, Woodway treadmills, a Tonal machine, ellipticals and free weights.

Rooms, suites and residences
Rooms have plush robes, 4K TVs and a kitchenette with sink, microwave and SMEG refrigerator, with cribs and yoga mats on request. The building also holds 15 Limelight Residences and the Mammoth Lakes Mountain Club, a private ski and social club. Dogs are welcomed with their own bed and water bowl.
Eating and drinking
Breakfast is included every morning from 7am to 10am in The Lounge, which becomes the hotel’s social hub for après, creative comfort food at dinner and live music from Wednesday to Sunday, 6pm to 9pm. There is a kids’ game room, and snowshoes and, in summer, cruiser bikes to borrow.
Our advice: book Limelight for a sociable, easy stay by the gondola, reserve the JetBoots after your first big day, and catch the live music in The Lounge.
