About Le K2 Palace

Le K2 Palace stands at 1,850 metres on the Cospillot slope, beside the village of Courchevel 1850, a palace in wood and stone inspired by the Himalayas. It has 26 rooms and 3 suites, newly redesigned by Capezzone Architecture, chalets linked to the hotel, the 500 m² Goji Spa, the Peruvian restaurant L’Altiplano, Le 8611 bar and the Winston Klub cigar lounge.

From the Himalayas to the Alps

Le K2 Palace sits on the mountainside at 1,850 metres, on the Cospillot slope right beside Courchevel 1850, with a wide view over the valley. Built of wood and stone, it takes its inspiration from the Himalayas, with discreet, unostentatious luxury.

The Goji Spa

The Goji Spa, named after the Himalayan berry, covers 500 m² with five treatment rooms over two floors, including two double cabins, and signature Nescens treatments. Its relaxation area, behind wide bay windows over the valley, has an indoor pool with an integrated jacuzzi, a circular steam room with waterfalls, a sauna, a hammam, hot and cold baths and outdoor hot tubs in the Alpine air. Children aged 5–12 have their own Little Red Pandas treatments, and a tea room serves infusions facing the summits. There is also a hair salon and barber.

From the Himalayas to the Alps, in the hotel’s words: discreet luxury and authentic sophistication.

Rooms, suites and chalets

From December, the 26 rooms and 3 suites have a new interior by Capezzone Architecture in fine wood, velvet and soft fabrics. Rooms measure 53–60 m², with dressing areas; some have bunk beds for children. Beside the hotel and linked to it, the chalets add privacy: the Chalet Panmah, on the Cospillot slope, has 480 m² over four levels, five bedrooms, a pool with waterfalls and a jet stream, a sauna, a home cinema and a view of the Dent du Villard.

Eating and drinking

L’Altiplano brings Peruvian cooking to the Alps with chefs Guillaume Duchemin and Julien Vocanson. Le 8611, by the fire and facing the Alps, serves house cocktails with live music in the evening, light bites until 10pm and afternoon tea by pastry chef Marc-André Guerquin-Kern from 2pm to 6pm. The Winston Klub is the cigar lounge, with leather armchairs and an open cellar.

Families

The Kids Klub runs new activities every day, from treasure hunts and magic shows to pastry workshops and a mini disco; teenagers have arcade games, driving simulators and PS5s.

Our advice: book a newly redesigned room facing the valley, ski the Cospillot to the door, and finish with afternoon tea at Le 8611.
