Twenty years of the Reindeer Feast

About Feast of Reindeer at Kammi

Kammi takes its name from the simple overnight shelter of mountain birch and peat that the Sámi traditionally built. With an open fire, reindeer pelts and candles, it serves the Reindeer Feast, a celebration of Lappish slow cooking: reindeer sausages, kota-smoked reindeer roast, sautéed reindeer, pork ribs, salmon, potato butter and a wild mushroom salad, from the same recipes for 20 years.

Why it's on our list
