About Restaurant Ämmilä
Ämmilä has become known for its honest Laplandic à la carte, made with produce from nearby producers: trapped willow grouse in season, game from local reindeer-herding communities, fish in many forms, Lapland berries and the famous puikula almond potato. Its home-cooked lunch buffet runs Monday to Saturday, with a Lappish buffet on Sundays.
