St. Moritz Dorf, on the hillside above the lake, holds the grand hotels, the boutiques of Via Maistra and Via Serlas, and the Chantarella funicular to Corviglia. Swiss law restricts property purchases by people abroad (Lex Koller); changes proposed in 2026 had not been adopted as of October 2026. We never publish property prices.
