About Hiša Denk
At Hiša Denk, chef Gregor Vračko cooks from the produce of Styria and a family tradition dating to 1972, with three-, five- and seven-course menus at lunch and five or seven at dinner. It holds one MICHELIN star in the MICHELIN Guide Slovenia 2026. It opens Thursday evening and Friday to Sunday from noon; closed 2–12 November 2026 and 7–13 January 2027.
