About Ibaya
Ibaya, in the heart of Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa, has held a MICHELIN star since 2021 and is listed with one star in the MICHELIN Guide Spain & Andorra 2026, the only starred restaurant in Andorra. Under chefs Francis Paniego and Jordi Grau it marries contemporary creativity with mountain tradition; it opens all year, for guests aged 8 and over.
