About Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa
The Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa stands at 1,850 metres in Soldeu, at the foot of Grandvalira, and calls itself the only five-star hotel in Andorra. All 132 rooms are suites with a balcony or terrace and mountain views, the Sport Wellness Mountain Spa is reached directly from the hotel, and the restaurants include Ibaya, Koy and the new Tradició Grill.
At 1,850 metres in Soldeu
The Hermitage is the flagship of the Sport Hotels resort in Soldeu, at the foot of the Grandvalira slopes. Soldeu sits at 1,850 metres, high enough for snow-sure skiing from the door, and the hotel calls itself the only five-star in Andorra.
The Sport Wellness Mountain Spa
Guests reach the resort’s Sport Wellness Mountain Spa directly from the hotel. Its water circuit and treatment rooms spread over five floors and about 5,000 m², in the words of the sister hotels, and the spa is for guests over 13. The Hermitage also has an outdoor pool, and every suite has 24-hour access to the gym.

Suites
The Hermitage is an all-suite hotel of 132 suites, all with a balcony or terrace and mountain views. Junior Suites Deluxe measure about 42 m²; Junior Suites Premium, about 52 m², sleep up to four; the three Duplex Suites, about 70 m², have a fireplace; and the three Hermitage Suites measure about 66 m². For groups and families there are the Hermitage Mountain Residences, from 120 m², the ski-in, ski-out Borda Calbó lodge for eight adults and four children, and the Borda Mangautxa suite in the Incles valley, five minutes away.
Eating and drinking
The Hermitage is one of the Pyrenees’ serious eating addresses. Ibaya is its gastronomic restaurant, Koy its Japanese restaurant, and Tradició Grill the newest arrival. The Glassbar (1850) is the hotel’s bar, and across the resort there are Sol i Neu on the slopes, a pizzeria, La Tofana, La Brasserie, the wine cellar La Bodega and The Villager pub.
Families and summer
The hotel runs a Kids Club for younger children. In summer the resort turns to guided hiking, via ferrata, trail running, e-bike routes and golf at Soldeu.
Our advice: book a Junior Suite Premium for space, or a Duplex Suite for the fireplace, reserve Ibaya or Koy before you travel, and keep your spa time for the hour after the lifts close.
