About Fouquet’s Gstaad
Fouquet’s Gstaad, part of the Barrière group’s Collection Fouquet’s, opens on 4 December 2026 on the Gsteigstrasse: 33 rooms, 11 suites and 6 apartments, a private chalet, a private art collection and a spa of over 800 m² around a 15-metre pool.
A new address in Gstaad
Fouquet’s Gstaad opens on 4 December 2026 on the Gsteigstrasse, at the edge of the village. It is part of Barrière’s Collection Fouquet’s, and sets out to reinvent the spirit of the Alpine hut, in its own words, with palace-style service on an intimate scale.
The spa
The spa covers more than 800 m² and is built around a 15-metre pool, with saunas, a hammam and hot tubs. Treatments are by Augustinus Bader, and there is a Technogym fitness space, a yoga studio, reformer Pilates and a beauty salon.
“Reinventing the alpine hut spirit,” in the hotel’s words.
Rooms, suites and the chalet
There are 33 rooms, which combine into 11 suites and 6 apartments for families and groups. The private chalet is a house of its own: four storeys and nine bedrooms for up to 20 guests, with a private cinema, games room, nightclub, spa and a dedicated chef.
Eating and drinking
For the season the hotel hosts Zuma, the contemporary Japanese restaurant, as a pop-up.
Our advice: book early for the opening winter, ask about the apartments if you travel as a family, and reserve Zuma for your first night.
