Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, on Blackcomb Way in the Upper Village, offers some of the largest hotel rooms in Whistler, suites and residences of up to four bedrooms. Its spa has eucalyptus steam rooms and the Ursa Lounge, and the year-round heated pool comes with three whirlpools, a cedar sauna and a pool bar.

In the Upper Village

The resort stands at 4591 Blackcomb Way in Whistler’s Upper Village, at the foot of Blackcomb, with views across the mountain from its pool deck.

The Spa

The Spa begins in a softly lit Relaxation Lounge and ends in the Ursa Lounge, lit by the Ursa Major constellation. Locker rooms have eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, and outside a cedar sauna sits beside the year-round heated pool and whirlpools. Signature rituals are made with Sḵwálwen Botanicals and Indigenous plant knowledge, such as a wild-rose scrub and lichen wrap, alongside massages, Omorovicza facials, couple’s treatments and guided meditation. The Spa closes on 2 and 3 November 2026 for a refresh and reopens on the afternoon of 4 November.

Rooms, suites and residences

Guest rooms, which the resort calls the largest in Whistler, have wooden interiors, a gas fireplace, a separate sitting area and balconies over the mountains or the courtyard and forest. Suites add generous separate living rooms, specialty suites sleep up to six, and the residence rentals, of two to four bedrooms with private kitchens, sleep up to 11 guests.

Eating and drinking

SIDECUT Steakhouse serves Canadian Prime cuts and Pacific seafood under Executive Chef Shiv Kappal, with a private dining room. Braidwood Tavern is the all-day restaurant and cocktail bar, from breakfast to après to shared plates at dinner, and Braidwood Café does pastries and espresso to go in season. The Library, with an open fireplace, pours rare single malts from The Macallan, and the Pool Bar serves cocktails and light bites by the heated pool from late morning into the evening. In-room dining is available.

Families and pets

Cribs, extra beds and sofa beds are available in every room type, and pets are welcome under the resort’s guidelines.

Our advice: book a mountain-view room for the fireplace and balcony, end your ski day at the Pool Bar and whirlpools, and reserve SIDECUT for a steak night.
