Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside stands on Skiers Plaza in Whistler Village, steps from the gondolas to both Whistler and Blackcomb. Every suite has a kitchen and balcony, and guests share a heated outdoor saltwater pool, two hot tubs, a eucalyptus steam room and the Dubh Linn Gate Irish pub.

On Skiers Plaza

The hotel stands at 4320 Sundial Crescent, on Skiers Plaza in the heart of Whistler Village, steps from the gondolas to both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains, with the village’s shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

Pool and steam room

There is no spa, but the heated outdoor saltwater pool and two hot tubs sit on what the hotel calls Whistler’s most scenic deck, open all year to hotel guests from 8am to 10pm. The gym, with cardio equipment and free weights, and a eucalyptus steam room are open 6am–10pm.

The suites

Every room is a suite with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Studios have a Murphy wall bed and sofa bed; studio mountain-view suites add a fireplace. One-bedroom suites have a queen or king bed and a bath, and two-bedroom mountain-view suites suit families. Upper-floor suites look down over the valley and the village.

Eating and drinking

The Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub and patio, the hotel’s one restaurant, serves traditional pub fare and is a busy après stop at the base of the mountains. Breakfast can be delivered to your suite, and many Whistler restaurants deliver to guests.

Our advice: this is the most convenient address for skiing both mountains; book a mountain-view studio with a fireplace and finish the day in the saltwater pool.
