La Fruitière is the gourmet table of La Folie Douce, just off the La Daille gondola at about 2,400 metres, led by executive chef Franck Mischler. Its décor borrows from the old Alpine dairies, and next door Les 3 Caves adds a cheese buffet chosen by the MOF cheesemonger Pierre Gay.
