Mammoth Mountain's rental shops open in stages: Main Lodge and the Mountain Center in the Village on 13 November, Canyon Lodge and the hotel shops on 21 November, Eagle Lodge on 11 December. Booking ahead saves 15% on single-day rentals reserved 14 or more days out, and up to 25% on multi-day rentals.
