Talvo holds one MICHELIN star in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Switzerland. In an Engadine farmhouse dating from 1658, Kevin Fernandez has taken over the kitchen from his mentor Martin Dalsass, with Lisa Carlevero front of house; two tables for two sit on the secluded ‘Balkönli’.
