About Grand Kasprowy
Grand Kasprowy cooks in a traditional charcoal-fired grill oven: aged steaks, regional lamb and trout from mountain streams, with a cellar of carefully chosen wines. The MICHELIN Guide, which selected it for 2026, suggests a window table for the Tatra views and the apple pie with cinnamon ice cream to finish. Open daily 2pm–10pm.
