About Giewont
Giewont holds one MICHELIN star in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Poland. Through its glass walls you look straight at the mountain that gives it its name; the kitchen joins highland roots with French elegance, with an à la carte and three tasting menus (classic, seasonal or vegan). It has a cigar room and wine cellar, admits guests aged 10 and over, and opens Wednesday to Sunday.
