Es Arraïtzes, “roots” in Aranese, opened in Garòs in December 2014. Chef César Mory, from the Peruvian rainforest, cooks local produce with Peruvian ingredients in colourful, creative dishes; the tasting menu must be ordered ahead. Open all year except Wednesdays, kitchen 1:30–3pm and 8–10:15pm. Listed in the MICHELIN Guide Spain 2026.
