About Hotel Val de Neu
Hotel Val de Neu stands at Baqueira 1500, 50 metres from the gondola, the only five-star Gran Lujo hotel in the heart of the resort. Built in wood and slate, it has a Sisley spa with a thermal circuit and an outdoor jacuzzi, four restaurants, a fireside chill-out bar, ski valet and a mini-club for children.
At the foot of the gondola
Val de Neu, of the Santos group, sits in the centre of Baqueira 1500, next to the shopping and leisure centre and 50 metres from the gondola. Arrivals are made easy: valet parking in a covered garage, a ski valet, EV chargers and transfers from airports and the railway station. Rooms are spacious and look out to the mountains, and most interconnect.
The Sisley spa
The spa is, in the hotel’s words, the only Sisley Spa in Spain, and Sisley advises on its treatments, from facials such as the Sisley VIP facial to body rituals. The thermal circuit is self-paced: underwater, cervical and gooseneck jets, a cold-water plunge pool, a steam bath, footbaths, a pool with water beds, a sauna, and an outdoor jacuzzi with heated loungers and mountain views.

The spa is open daily, 11:30–21:00, and the thermal circuit until 20:30. Spa access is not included in the room rate, so book it with your treatments.
Eating and drinking
There are four restaurants. Aran serves traditional cooking with a modern twist; La Fondue is for mountain dishes, fondue, raclette and meat on a hot stone, with lunch as well as dinner from mid-December; La Nonna cooks Italian, with pasta, pizza and its house milanesa; and El Bistró runs from 11:00 to 01:00, serving without a break from lunch to 23:00. The chill-out lounge with its central fireplace and terrace is the place for cocktails, and there is a smokers’ club.
Families
Children have a mini-club with an animation programme, an indoor children’s pool and a babysitting service, which makes Val de Neu one of the easiest family addresses in the valley.
Our advice: book a room with mountain views, leave the skis with the ski valet, and reserve the thermal circuit for late afternoon so you end in the outdoor jacuzzi as the light goes. Book La Fondue for your first night.
