About Sport Hotel Village
Sport Hotel Village stands at 1,850 metres in Soldeu, and the Grandvalira gondola leaves from inside the building. Its 148 rooms include 41 suites, some with a jacuzzi, and guests reach the five-floor Sport Wellness Mountain Spa directly from the hotel.
The gondola in the building
Few hotels in the Pyrenees are better placed for skiing. At Sport Hotel Village, the modern gondola to Grandvalira leaves from inside the hotel, so you leave your room in boots and are on the mountain minutes later. Soldeu sits at 1,850 metres, at the foot of the slopes.
The spa
The Sport Wellness Mountain Spa, shared with its sister hotels, covers about 5,000 m² across five floors, with a water circuit and treatment rooms, and Village guests reach it directly from inside the hotel. The spa is for guests over 13, and access is charged as an extra.

Rooms and suites
The hotel has 148 rooms, 41 of them suites, and nine have their own jacuzzi. Standard doubles measure about 23 m² and Soldeu doubles about 25 m², each with or without mountain views; the Avet and Eslàlom suites measure 40 m² for four, and six Family Suites of 60 m² sleep up to six, with mountain views. Three Suite & Spa rooms complete the list.
Eating and drinking
The main restaurant is a buffet with show cooking, with healthy and vegetarian dishes and children’s favourites; half board is served as a buffet or a set menu depending on the season. The bar-cafeteria is the hotel’s meeting point, and the resort’s other restaurants, from Sol i Neu on the slopes to the Hermitage dining rooms, are a short walk away.
Families
A Kids Club looks after younger children, there are children’s menus in the restaurant and cots on request for babies up to two.
Our advice: ask for a room with mountain views or a Family Suite, ride the gondola first thing, and book the spa ahead on weekends.
