About Park Chalet Village
Park Chalet Village is a village of 22 chalets and suites in 11 small wooden houses on Via Teola, about five minutes from the centre of Livigno. Each is built in Austrian fir and has its own private spa with a Tylo sauna, jacuzzi and emotional shower, with breakfast, room service and the services of a grand hotel. It is open all year.
A village of chalets
Park Chalet Village takes its cue from Livigno’s old wooden houses. There are 22 chalets and suites in 11 small houses on Via Teola, about five minutes from the centre, each built in Austrian fir, which the owners compare to a skin that regulates heat and moisture. The idea, in their words, is intelligent luxury: modern comfort with the feel of the old mountain. It is open all year.
The private spa
There is no shared pool to queue for. Every chalet has its own small wellness area with a Tylo sauna, a jacuzzi and a chromotherapy shower, and the suites add more: the Suite Imperial and Suite Paradise have a Turkish bath as well, and the Suite Panorama puts its Tylo sauna on the terrace. For treatments, the village has the Mandala massage room.

Chalets and suites
The chalets are built over three floors with three bathrooms and a pellet stove in the tavern. The Romantic (70 m²) is for two; the Exclusive (70 m²) sleeps three to five; the Premium (85 m²) sleeps five to eight. The suites are single open-plan floors with king-size Hästens beds: Camino (35 m²) with a wood fireplace, Panorama (40 m²), Imperial (50 m²) and Paradise (75 m²), with a large panoramic balcony.
Services
Breakfast is a buffet of regional and seasonal produce, or served in your chalet. There is a shuttle, ski and snowboard rental, room-service delivery and a bike hotel in summer, and pets are welcome.
Our advice: couples should book the Suite Paradise or Imperial for the Turkish bath and fireplace; families take a Premium chalet, and have breakfast brought to the door on the first morning.
