About Peaks Place
Peaks Place is an apart-hotel on Via Uletsch in Laax, with apartments of 36 to 92 m², a shuttle to the valley station and the 850 m² La Senda Spa. Its restaurant, s’nani, reworks grandmother’s recipes with Graubünden produce.
Apartments with hotel service
Peaks Place joins the privacy of a holiday apartment to hotel service. It stands at Via Uletsch 1 in Laax, with a shuttle bus to the valley station and a mountain railway within walking distance, and a ski room with private lockers and boot dryers.
La Senda Spa
The spa covers 850 m². There is a 15-metre pool, a Kneipp pool and a whirlpool grotto at 35 °C, a 90 °C Finnish sauna, a 65 °C biosauna and a steam bath of 40–45 °C, a relaxation room with curtained loungers and an outdoor terrace, plus a fitness and weights room with yoga equipment.

The spa opens from 7.00 to 21.00; the saunas and steam bath from 14.00. Children may swim with an adult, with a children’s time from 17.00 to 19.00; from 19.00 the spa is for guests aged 14 and over, and the saunas, steam bath and gym are for 16 and over. The sauna area is textile-free. Hotel guests have access at no charge.
The apartments
Apartments come in four sizes: 1.5 rooms (36 m², up to three people), 2.5 rooms (55–56 m², up to four), 3.5 rooms (70–90 m², up to six) and 4.5 rooms (89–92 m², up to eight). There is a children’s playroom and a youth room.
Eating and drinking
s’nani cooks grandmother’s recipes reinterpreted, in the hotel’s words: mountain trout, yak tagliatelle and dry-aged beef, with vegetarian dishes and burgers. It was the first restaurant certified under regio.garantie, with at least 60% regional ingredients. The winter season runs from 4 December 2026 to early April 2027, and the bar serves coffee, mocktails and gin and tonic.
Our advice: book a 3.5-room apartment for a family, swim during the children’s hour, and save the saunas for the evening once the children are asleep.
