About Pendry Park City

Pendry Park City stands in Canyons Village, steps from the Sunrise Gondola at Park City Mountain, with ski-in, ski-out access. It combines Spa Pendry, a rooftop pool and whirlpool, four restaurants and bars led by KITA and Après Pendry, rooms, suites and residences, and the Paintbox children’s club.

In Canyons Village

Pendry sits at 6,800 ft in Canyons Village, the Park City Mountain base on the Canyons side, just steps from the Sunrise Gondola. Après Pendry, the lobby lounge, has ski-in, ski-out access, and a shuttle loops hourly from 8am to 10pm to Main Street, about 15 minutes’ drive away, stopping at Park City Mountain Village by request in winter.

Spa Pendry and the pool

Spa Pendry, on the P1 level of Building 2 and open daily from 8.30am to 4.30pm, has six private treatment rooms and a menu of custom beauty and body treatments in an intimate, mountain-inspired setting. Spa guests use the men’s and women’s locker rooms with herbal steam rooms, the relaxation spaces, the fitness centre and the rooftop pool and whirlpool.

Where mountain time slows down, in the hotel’s words.

The Pool, on the roof above Canyons Village, has an intimate pool, an après-ready hot tub and cosy fire pits, open to hotel guests from 8am to 10pm, with daybeds and chaise lounges reserved for them. The Pool House serves food and drink there, and in winter brings back its rooftop après with DJ sets at weekends.

Rooms, suites and residences

King rooms measure 320–375 sq ft, with marble bathrooms; Peak View kings look over the mountain terrain; Double Double rooms are 350 sq ft. Studio suites of 422–586 sq ft add a kitchenette. The residences run from junior one-bedrooms of 475 sq ft to one-bedrooms of 658–975 sq ft with full kitchens and washer-dryers, some with terraces and fireplaces, and on to multi-bedroom layouts with bunk rooms and the four-bedroom Pendry Residence. Many rooms connect to residences, which suits families.

Eating and drinking

KITA, Japanese for “north”, is a Japanese-inspired steakhouse and mountain grill with a sushi bar, serving breakfast daily and dinner from Thursday to Monday. Après Pendry, open from 11am to 11pm, has a roaring fireplace, live music and shareable comfort food; Dos Olas serves Mexican classics with a coastal California accent beside the slopes; and in-room dining runs day and night.

Paintbox

Pendry’s signature children’s club, Paintbox, on the P1 level of Building 1, runs half-day and full-day sessions for ages 5–12, with arts and crafts, games, outdoor adventures and meals, for registered resort, dining or spa guests. Dogs up to 45 lb are welcome.

Our advice: book a Peak View room or a one-bedroom residence that connects to a king room for a family, sign the children up for Paintbox, and finish the ski day in the rooftop whirlpool before dinner at KITA.
