Sway Hotels stands at the foot of Palandöken, 15 minutes from Erzurum Airport, with two FIS-homologated slopes, giant slalom and slalom, night skiing, ski rental and a ski school. Its spa has an indoor and open-terrace heated pool, a Zen Zone for massages and a Ladies Club with sauna and steam room, and rooms run from 34 m² to the 104 m² Presidential Suite.

Fifteen minutes from the plane

Sway is a quick hop from Erzurum International Airport, about 15 minutes. The hotel has two FIS-homologated slopes, for giant slalom and slalom, and floodlit night skiing, with its own ski rental and ski school, and the wider Erzurum ski area beyond.

Wellness & Spa

The heated pool runs from indoors onto an open terrace, so you can soothe your muscles in the mountain air. The Zen Zone offers a variety of massages, and there is a therapy area and a fitness room. The Ladies Club has its own fitness, sauna and steam room for women, with a hairdresser.

Rooms and suites

There are 160 Standard rooms of 34 m² for two adults and a child, and connection rooms for families. The 14 Deluxe rooms have 52 m² and private balconies facing the slopes and the mountain; the three Junior Suites, 55 m², look over historic Erzurum; and the two Presidential Suites, 104 m², have two bedrooms, a large living room and a balcony, for four adults and two children.

Eating and drinking

The main restaurant seats 450 for buffet breakfast, 7–10am, lunch, 12.30–3pm, and dinner, 7–10pm. The private dining room and X Bar, 9am–11pm, seat 68 in quiet, and the bar also serves Mexican dishes. The Après-Ski Terrace has music and parties 9am–2am, and Lounge 2400 opens noon–5pm and on event dates.

Families

The kids’ club is for ages 4–10, in colourful rooms designed for children, and the ski team looks after young skiers on the slopes.

Our advice: book a Deluxe room with a balcony over the slopes, try night skiing on your first evening, and end in the terrace pool.
