Swissôtel Resort Kolašin stands at 1,600 metres in Kolašin Valleys, between the mountain villages of 1450 Nest and K16 Peak, and calls itself Montenegro’s first ski-in, ski-out resort. Its 116 rooms and suites have kitchens, handwoven details and balconies over the peaks, and it has the Calmé Wellness & Spa, two restaurants, the Kamin Bar, a cigar salon and an après-ski terrace.

Ski-in, ski-out at 1,600 metres

The resort sits at 1,600 metres in Kolašin Valleys, home to the linked villages of 1450 Nest and K16 Peak. You ski to and from the door, with a ski room and a ski brand shop in the building. The hotel blends Montenegrin tradition with Swiss hospitality.

The Calmé Wellness & Spa

The spa has a pool, a sauna and a hammam, a gym, a massage room and a private couples’ massage room. Treatments centre on premium skincare and personalised therapies, including hydration facials.

Rooms and suites

All 116 rooms and suites have restored traditional carpets and handwoven details, fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms with showers, and balconies with views of the snowy peaks and forests. Swiss Signature Rooms have a queen bed.

Eating and drinking

The Morel is the à la carte restaurant, and Blend serves all-day dining; both cook Montenegrin flavours with a modern twist. After skiing, the après-ski terrace and the lounges pour signature drinks with the mountains in view, the Kamin Bar warms the evening, and there is a cigar salon.

Our advice: ski straight back to the terrace for an après-ski drink, book the couples’ massage room for late afternoon, and reserve The Morel for dinner.
