About The Residences at Snow King
The Residences at Snow King are condominiums beside Trailborn Jackson Hole, the former Snow King Resort, at the base of Snow King Mountain. Guests check in at Trailborn and use its year-round heated pool and hot tub, fitness centre, game room, restaurants and the nearby Ember Lily Spa.
At the base of Snow King
The Residences sit at the foot of Snow King Mountain, Jackson’s in-town ski hill, in separate buildings beside Trailborn Jackson Hole. Snow King Resort closed on 18 March 2026 and reopened as Trailborn, a modern chalet resort; Residence guests check in at its 24-hour front desk.
Pool, hot tub and spa
Residence guests share Trailborn’s year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub and its 24-hour fitness centre. The former Grand View Spa is now Ember Lily Spa at Trailborn, a short walk away, bookable online or direct.

The residences
Condominiums range from studio parlour suites to one-bedroom units of about 1,000 sq ft and three-bedroom Grand View residences, with high ceilings, private terraces, gas fireplaces, granite kitchens with Sub-Zero fridges, whirlpool or soaking tubs, washers and dryers, and covered garages. There is a two-night minimum and a one-time cleaning fee; daily housekeeping is not included, and the residences are not pet-friendly.
Eating and extras
Trailborn has the Old Timer Bar & Restaurant and the Mountainside Bar & Café, with hours that vary by season, plus the Alley-Oop game room and a duckpin bowling alley, on-site ski and bike rentals and a local shuttle. A daily resort fee covers the shuttle, an après hour and wifi.
Our advice: the Residences suit families who want space and a kitchen in town; book a three-bedroom Grand View for the view and use Trailborn’s pool after skiing.
