About Hotel Bertelli

Hotel Bertelli, on Via Cima Tosa, is the Masè family’s hotel at the foot of the Dolomites, with Alpine-style rooms and suites and the MICHELIN-starred Il Gallo Cedrone. Its wellness centre has an indoor pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, hydromassage and a relaxation room; check that it is open when you book.

At the foot of the Dolomites

Hotel Bertelli stands at Via Cima Tosa 80 in Madonna di Campiglio, run by the Masè family. It was the first hotel in Italy certified under ISO 21401, the standard for sustainable accommodation, and the whole house is accessible on request. Small pets are welcome.

Wellness

The wellness centre has an indoor pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, hydromassage and a relaxation room. Body treatments and face, hand and foot care are booked at the spa, with a 24-hour cancellation policy. The hotel has been renovating, so check the wellness centre’s opening when you book.

The same quality as the most famous spas in Tyrol and Trentino, in the hotel’s words.

Rooms and suites

Rooms are in warm wood. The Double Alpine Classic (20–25 m²) faces north in classic Alpine style, the Triple Alpine Premier (26–30 m²) is more contemporary, and the Double Dolomites Classic (32 m²) faces east with open mountain views. All but the Classic doubles have a balcony, and there are junior suites and suites for more space.

Eating and drinking

Il Gallo Cedrone, the hotel’s gourmet restaurant, holds a MICHELIN star; book ahead.

Our advice: book a Dolomites Classic for the east-facing view, confirm the spa when you book, and keep one evening for Il Gallo Cedrone.
