About Bald Mountain (Baldy)
Bald Mountain has perfect-pitch vertical from peak to base, with no flats or plateaus, including one of the most sustained uninterrupted descents in the US on Warm Springs. Its summit stands at 9,150 feet, lift lines are famously short, and the sun shines for around 80 per cent of the year. Baldy reopens for winter 2026/27 on 26 November 2026.
