About Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen
The Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen, on Bärengasse in Andermatt, is a modern take on a Swiss chalet, with 244 rooms, suites and residences within walking distance of the village and the lifts. Its spa has a 25-metre indoor pool looking over the Ursern Valley, two saunas and a steam bath, and Spun serves modern Swiss cooking.
A basecamp in Andermatt
The Reussen stands on Bärengasse in Andermatt Reuss, at 1,444 metres, a short walk from the village centre and the lifts of the SkiArena Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis, and next to the Andermatt Concert Hall. It is designed as a modern interpretation of a Swiss chalet, with local fabrics, natural wooden floors and soft furnishings.
The spa
The 25-metre indoor pool, which the hotel calls the largest in the area, looks over the mountains of the Ursern Valley. The thermal zone has two saunas and a steam bath, and the fitness room has Technogym equipment. Treatments use ingredients from the Gotthard region: herbs picked above 2,000 metres, honey from the canton of Uri and mountain spring water.

Rooms, suites and residences
There are 244 rooms, suites and residences. Standard and Superior rooms measure 28 m², two-bedroom suites 85 m² and three-bedroom suites 130 m². The residences suit families and longer stays: one-bedroom residences of 54 m² (94 m² for the Deluxe Mountain View), two-bedroom residences of 80–97 m² and three-bedroom residences of 132 m². Connecting rooms are available for families.
Eating and drinking
Spun blends rustic and contemporary in modern Swiss cooking with herbs and market-fresh produce, with views of the Alps. The BärBar is a chalet-style room for craft beer, wine and cocktails, and there is 24-hour room service.
Our advice: take a Mountain View residence if you are a family, swim the 25 metres after skiing, and walk across to the Concert Hall for an evening performance.
