Dvor Jezeršek is a homestead of more than 240 years in Cerklje na Gorenjskem, at the foot of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, about 2 km from Ljubljana airport and close to the Krvavec ski resort. It has 18 rooms, four of them restored with antique furniture in the old house, and a restaurant of seasonal regional cooking.
A Gorenjska homestead
Jezeršek is a family homestead more than 240 years old, below the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. It lies about 2 km from Jože Pučnik airport and close to Krvavec, which makes it a calm first or last night of a ski trip, or a base for day-skiing the mountain.
Rooms
There are 18 rooms for up to 39 guests. In the modern wing, doubles measure 18 m² and twins 24 m², with family rooms of 28 m² and 38 m² over two rooms. In the old part of the homestead, four doubles of 38 m² have been restored with antique furniture that recalls the farm’s prosperous past. Breakfast is a rich buffet of local food and drink.

The restaurant
The restaurant cooks local and regional dishes in a modern style from a seasonal menu, and the house runs the Jezeršek Academy, with culinary courses and workshops. The wine cellar, the arched former barn and the old hayloft host tastings and private events.
Our advice: book one of the antique rooms, ski Krvavec by day, and reserve dinner from the seasonal menu. It is ideal before an early flight.
