About Hotel Tannenhof
Hotel Tannenhof, on Nassereinerstraße in St. Anton, is a five-star superior of just seven suites, each with an open fireplace and views to the Verwall peaks. Its spa has a 15-metre indoor pool, indoor and outdoor saunas and whirlpools, and its gourmet restaurant, led by Dennis Ilies, holds two MICHELIN stars in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Austria.
Seven suites in Nasserein
The Tannenhof stands in Nasserein, the quieter eastern end of St. Anton am Arlberg, and it is one of the smallest five-star houses in the Alps: seven suites and nothing more. That scale shapes everything, from the spa, which never feels crowded, to the dining room.
The spa
The indoor pool is 15 metres long, with a counter-current for real swimming, and there is a cool plunge pool beside it. There are two whirlpools, one inside and one out, and two saunas, the outdoor one looking over the garden to the surrounding peaks, as well as a steam bath. A relaxation room and a spa lounge serve tea, fresh fruit, nuts and homemade syrups.

The fitness room has Power Plate and Kinesis wall equipment and a rowing machine, and private yoga sessions can be arranged in your suite. There are two treatment rooms, and outside guests can book a day spa.
The suites
The suites measure 80 m², each with an open fireplace and a balcony looking to the mountains of the Verwall group. The Master Suite is 200 m², with two bathrooms, a separate office and an extra-large dining table, and views over St. Anton to the Verwall. The whole house can also be taken as Chalet Tannenhof.
Eating and drinking
Dennis Ilies and his team cook creative Alpine food in the gourmet restaurant, which holds two MICHELIN stars in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Austria. Book a table when you book your suite, whether you are staying or not.
Our advice: book a suite for the fireplace and the Verwall view, swim before you ski, and keep your best evening for the gourmet menu.
