About Teleferic Grand Hotel
The Teleferic Grand Hotel stands in Poiana Brașov with 127 rooms and suites, a ski school and children’s games room. Its spa, included for hotel guests, has a forest-view indoor pool, two outdoor jacuzzis, Finnish, steam and infrared saunas and three treatment rooms, and it has two restaurants, a lobby café, an après-ski bar and the Arena night club.
In Poiana Brașov
The Teleferic Grand Hotel stands in Poiana Brașov, the resort on the slopes of Postăvarul above Brașov, with mountain-view terraces and a ski school for the winter.
The Teleferic Spa Center
The spa is for hotel guests only and included in the stay. The indoor pool measures 7 × 9 m, 1.5 m deep, heated to 29 °C, with views of the forest and an outdoor terrace; two outdoor jacuzzis at 37 °C stay open in cold weather, for two at a time. The sauna zone, with large panoramic windows, has a Finnish sauna, a steam room and an infrared sauna, with indoor and outdoor relaxation areas and a spa bar by the pool.

Three treatment rooms, one for couples with a bathtub, offer relaxation, deep-tissue and facial massages and body treatments, booked ahead. The spa is open daily, 10:00–22:00. The saunas are for adults, treatments for over-16s, and children may use the pool with a parent.
Rooms and suites
There are 127 rooms and suites, from Standard and Superior doubles to Junior Suites and Deluxe Apartments with a sofa bed. Beds can be set as a 180 cm double with a goose-down topper or as twins.
Eating and drinking
Restaurant Coroana and Restaurant 4 Anotimpuri cook international dishes and Romanian classics with a modern twist, with children’s menus; breakfast is a buffet of up to 240 products, included in the rate. The Grand Lobby Cafe Bar has a terrace, the Apres Ski Bar is the after-slope stop, and Club de Noapte Arena is the night club.
Our advice: book a Junior Suite Premium, ski Poiana until the light goes, then take the outdoor jacuzzi in the cold before dinner at Coroana.
